2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

A voluptuous blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon from the highly acclaimed Tapteil Vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon from Stillwater Creek, and a kiss of 5% Malbec from our higher altitude vines at Lawrence Vineyards to bring it all together! Notes of blackberry, red currant, and graphite. Like all of our wines the Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a wonderful balance stemming from our careful blending of lots from different climates throughout the Columbia Valley. 

Cabernet Sauvignon's classic pairing of rich grilled meats, braised meats, or hard aged cheese will hold up well with the structure, tannin and acid of the wine.
